Je bereikt het via het dorp Sveti Filip i Jakov, per boot. Vanaf dit dorp is het 25 minuten naar Zadar luchthaven of 1,5 uur naar Split luchthaven. De Kornati national nautic park eilanden liggen vlakbij. Door het grote eiland Pasman wordt golven en ruwe zee gebroken, waardoor het eiland erg veilig geborgen ligt. Het is een van zeer weinige eilanden in het Kroatie waarop een luxe, gelegaliseerd huis staat. De meeste eilanden zijn natuurgebied of er is geen permanente bebouwing toegestaan.
